Registration

The following paperwork is necessary for a new organization to complete registration:

1. Completed Application
2. IRS Letter of Determination
3. List of Board of Directors
4. Signed Non-profit Agreement

Forms may be given to a representative at the donation pickup center, emailed to , or submitted with the file upload form.
